A Paragould native, Neal Burns has spent most of his life in Northeast Arkansas, graduating from Arkansas State University with a degree in English Literature, and later from the University of Arkansas-Little Rock, Bowen School of Law. During law school, Neal spent time working with Justice Robert Brown of the Arkansas Supreme Court before opening his own practice in the historic National Bank of Commerce building in downtown Paragould.

Neal’s practice focuses primarily on bankruptcy, family law, estate planning and probate. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Main Street Paragould. When not working, you can likely find him somewhere with a guitar in his hands or spending time with his wife, Gretchen.
